Twin size bed loft frame, ladder, and headboard shelf (mattress, bedding, decorations NOT included).

Unit is very sturdy. Main frame is made from 2 x 10 boards with 3/4" plywood on the bottom (all painted white). One side of the loft is intended to be screwed to wall studs using lag bolts and the other side hangs from ceiling hooks. I will include the lag bolts, chains, and ceiling hooks. Also includes a separate headboard shelf. If you do not want to install the headboard shelf it isn't necessary (it is a separate assembly).

Must pickup the unit. The bed frame is approx 79" length x 43" width x 9" height (the safety rail extends another 8 inches). The shelf would add another 10 inches to the overall length.
