This is your chance to own a rare and beautiful instant classic - the 2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP Coupe - rated one of Car and Driver's 10 Most Beautiful Cars for 2009. There were approximately 1,268 Solstice's made about 642 equipped as GXP's, so they are already a collector's item. The car is like-new. It's an instant classic with some car critics saying that it has the most beautiful roof line ever designed for an American car.
The engine is a Turbocharged ECOTEC 2.0L Variable Valve Timing DOHC 4-cylinder, aluminum (260 HP [193.3kW] @ 5300 rpm, 260lb-ft of torque [351.- N-m] @5300 rpm. The EPA fuel economy rating is 28MPG on the highway. Individual drivers report averaging about 33MPG on the EPA website.
The interior is well-appointed with custom-stitched, black leather seats and a Monsoon stereo system with XM Radio/CD player with USB port and 7 speakers. The built-in Bluetooth enables crystal-clear phone calls over the car stereo system without distracting the driver. The coupe comes with a removable hardtop! The car is Onstar® equipped, providing safety, support, and convenience. This car is fun to drive and you will turn heads. It is already ranked with the original GTO and TransAm as the all-time greatest Pontiac collector car.

You'll see a few Solstice base model coupes advertised for sale, but if you are interested in having a real classic collector's car (that happens to be a lot more powerful and fun to drive, and gets much better gas mileage), then you must opt for the GXP.
I am the second owner of this car. I bought it in 2009 with 600 miles on it from the original owner. The Solstice has been garaged its entire life by me and the previous owner. Still smells new inside. I recently had the passenger seat recall completed by G.M.
